Airport direct refuses to credit my card for $74.90 charged for a service they COULD NOT AND DID NOT PROVIDE. I am 85 and I opened airport direct for an email to them to use them for transportation from LAX IN Los angeles CA and i filled out the informaton time of pu from lax to home. After I sent it I received a call from Darrell and he rudely informed me that the Airport Direct I sent it to is in Florida and the do not service Los Angeles CA. He said He would not charge my Credit Card but did charge me on 9/3/18 The service was to be provided on 9/19/18. I said make sure you cancel this. He informed me "that he could not cancel something he was not able to do. I found the phone number for Airport Direct in Chino CA and Valarie tried to call him and get him to credit back my card and he said he would not. I have filed a complaint with Discover card and they said they could not cancel charge but would put in a dispute for the amount. I am on a fixed social security and no other in...

According to Divisions of corporations of Florida, Airport Direct Transportation Services LLC is not even legally active entity ....it make you think, what other illegal things they are involved into
